A family in Bwaliro Village in Butula, Busia County is in agony over their daughter’s disappearance.

17-year-old Tendy Amin Kasala, a Form Four student at St Mary’s Girls High School in Mumias went missing on the 5th of this month after she left her parent’s home for medication at a nearby clinic.

She was last seen on the 7th of January at the Busia bus terminus with reports indicating that she boarded a Nairobi-bound bus.

Police at Butula Police Station where the matter was reported are tracing the girl’s movements from her Bwaliro home to Nambale, all the way to Busia using a Boda Boda.

Her phone which has been on and off has been traced to Rabai area of Kiambu county.

The family and police are now calling on members of the public to alert the nearest police station if the minor is spotted.
