Kisii: Woman cuts off her husband’s genitals

A 37-year-old man in Kisii is nursing serious injuries after his wife chopped off his genitals due to a misunderstanding.

Doctors at Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital say the man is out of danger but he will need six surgeries to repair his genitals but he may have lost the ability to sire naturally forever.

The man’s sister said the man and his wife had been quarreling for a while but things went out of control on Friday.

“They have been quarrelling now and then but this time round, it degenerated into a bad fight,” the sister told Daily Nation.

The incident which occurred at Nyanchwa estate, Kisii County leaving the residents shocked.

Kitutu Chache South Police Boss Mr Anthony Keter said they are investigating the incident. 

“We have received the report and we are following it up. We are looking for the woman,” said Mr Keter.
