The Director of Public Prosecutions Noordin Haji has withdrawn possesion of grenade charges against KTN journalist Laban Cliff Onserio.
Onserio, who is the Chief of Staff at Standard Group was on December 26 last year arrested at the Holy Family Basilica with a stun grenade.
Through his lawyer Ishmael Nyaribo, the journalist wrote to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecution (ODPP) seeking an alternative to prosecution.
