Former Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiangi arrived at the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) headquarters shortly before 8:30am as promised.
He is accompanied by former Defence CS Eugene Wamalwa, Kisii senator Richard Onyonka and 12 lawyers.
He is currently in the premises.
