Several Pwani University students sustained injuries after their bus overturned along the Nairobi – Naivasha Highway at Kayole area on Thursday, March 30.

According to reports, the bus was carrying over 30 students heading to Eldoret to participate in sports competitions.

Preliminary reports indicate that the accident was caused by the brake failure of the bus which then hit an oncoming matatu.

It is feared that some passengers in the matatu have died.
