The family of a taxi driver from Kitengela is currently grappling with distress following the tragic discovery of their relative’s lifeless body inside his car in Kilimani, Nairobi County on Saturday.

Speaking to sauce.co.ke on Sunday, the brother of the deceased recounted the distressing sequence of events that unfolded.

“After consuming the milk, it seems he may have rested at the petrol station but unfortunately did not regain consciousness. The milk packet and some of the medicine were recovered from the floor of the car,” the brother narrated.

The brother further shared that the deceased’s vehicle is currently under the custody of the Kilimani Police Station.

“We are in the dark at the moment. We are just waiting for the postmortem to know what killed him because he was not sick,” he remarked.

A colleague of the deceased recounted that the victim had been working late into the previous night before being found dead the following morning.

The postmortem examination is slated for Monday, August 14, with the aim of establishing the precise cause of the unfortunate demise.
