Kenyan musician and reality TV star Kevin Bahati has officially announced the premiere of the upcoming reality TV show, “The Bahati Empire”. The show, which centers around Bahati and his family, will debut on Netflix on Friday, June 7, 2024.
The EMB President shared a trailer for the show, featuring appearances by The Murayas, Karen Nyamu, Jalang’o, and Rev. Lucy Natasha, among others. This announcement followed a 24-hour period of clout-chasing, during which Bahati posted a series of cryptic messages that left fans speculating about his next move.
Diana, in a confessional, was all tears as she narrated how she allegedly terminated pregnancies. “I was desperate,” she said in a confessional.
Bahati also alluded that “at the end of the day, the kids were not mine,” leaving fans to wonder what he meant by that.
In his announcement, Bahati proudly declared that his family would be the first Kenyan family to have a reality TV show on Netflix. “We were the first Kenyan family to have a reality show on national TV (‘Being Bahati’ on NTV), and now we make history as the first Kenyan family to have a reality show on Netflix. All glory goes to our Lord Jesus Christ,” Bahati shared.
He continued, “It’s official! The first Kenyan/East African reality show on Netflix is #TheBahatiEmpire, which premieres on Friday, June 7, 2024. Oh yes; I know you all missed us on TV.”
Bahati added, “The King and Queen of reality are back, and it’s time for us to address all your rumors as we share with the world our dirty, clean, sad, and happy moments! This is unscripted… this is the best reality Kenya has seen… just trust me! See y’all on Netflix this Friday.”
