Lauren Pisciotta, former personal and executive assistant to Kanye West, has filed a lawsuit alleging she was terminated after receiving explicit sexual texts and videos from the rapper.
Pisciotta, who previously found success as an OnlyFans model earning $1 million annually, was hired by West in July 2021 after they met while he was assembling his fashion line. She also claims to have collaborated with him on three tracks from his album “Donda.”
According to the lawsuit, a year after her hiring, West asked Pisciotta to delete her OnlyFans account, promising her a $1 million annual salary in return, to which she agreed. However, Pisciotta alleges that soon after, West began sending her explicit messages. The texts reportedly became increasingly vulgar, detailing West’s sexual fantasies.
Pisciotta also alleges that West would call her and ask her to guess or listen while he masturbated, and showed an unusual preoccupation with her boyfriends’ penis sizes.
The lawsuit further claims that Pisciotta received numerous explicit messages, photos, and at least two videos of West engaging in sexual acts with a model. Following these incidents, West allegedly promoted her to Chief of Staff for his various businesses with a $4 million salary.
Pisciotta asserts she was dismissed in October 2022 and was offered a $3 million severance package, which she accepted but claims was never paid. Her lawsuit includes allegations of wrongful termination, sexual harassment, breach of contract, and creating a hostile work environment.
