The National Assembly has approved the nominations of Dorcas Oduor as the Attorney General and Beatrice Askul Moe as the Cabinet Secretary for East African Community Affairs and Regional Development.
The approval came after MPs adopted a report from the Committee on Appointments, presented by Minority Leader Junet Mohammed, which urged the nominees to serve with integrity and accountability. The National Assembly’s statement confirmed, “The National Assembly has approved the appointment of Beatrice Askul Moe as the Cabinet Secretary for East African Community Affairs and Regional Development and Dorcas Agik Odhong Oduor as the Attorney General of the Republic of Kenya.”
Additionally, Dr. Patrick Amoth has been confirmed as the Director General for Health.
