Content creator Elsa Majimbo has shared her experience of leaving a toxic relationship earlier this year in a candid TikTok video. Majimbo revealed that at the beginning of the year, she was in a relationship with an Armenian man, describing their time together as initially blissful.
“We had so much fun together,” Majimbo recounted. “When I was dating him, it felt like the rest of the world didn’t exist. We had such a good time.” However, the relationship was marred by constant arguments. “We fought so much. Eventually, we both realized it wasn’t healthy.”
Despite their decision to end the romantic aspect of their relationship, they continued to see each other casually. “We both knew we weren’t going to get married,” Majimbo said. She described him as a gentleman who frequently took her out for sushi, a food she loves.
Majimbo recalled an incident at a fashion party she had invited him to. After purchasing several items she liked from the event, he questioned her decision to leave early, leading to a heated argument. “He asked, ‘Oh, what do you mean you’re going home? I just bought you all those clothes,’” she said. This argument, along with a subsequent one the next day, led her to realize that the relationship was indeed unhealthy. She decided to block him.
