Socialite Huddah Monroe has apologized to MP Salasya over their recent alteration online .In her statement, the businesswoman expressed regret for her earlier remarks, stating that she held no ill will toward the lawmaker and reaffirming her admiration and respect for him. “I have nothing against you. I still have mad respect for you and a lot of love. You are a great man. Take care of yourself. No human is limited,” she said.
She continued, “I respect you a lot and I apologize for putting you on blast. See you at the top! Be blessed. By the way, guys, we never met. It started on these stories and it ends here. I have no time for negativity.”
However, in response to the apology, MP Peter Salasya dismissed her remorse, stating that he has no time for what he termed as her “mediocrity.” He emphasized his focus on politics, where he said he thrives.
“Somebody tell this woman I have no time for her mediocrity. She can now go and sing, dance with artists, and collect money from people with idle cash while I focus on politics—that’s where I excel. It’s time for work now. I’m the crazy one who loves controversy, and I couldn’t care less about anything other than myself and my constituency; the rest is just gossip,” Salasya retorted.
