Tanzanian music star Harmonize has shared his views on cosmetic surgery, encouraging people, especially women, to consider it if they are uncomfortable with their bodies.
Speaking on Instagram, the artist, popularly known as Konde Boy, said surgeries have become a modern trend and criticized those who ridicule individuals opting for such procedures.
“Ladies, listen. Daddy Konde says this: if anything makes you uncomfortable—your tummy, for instance—get a liposuction,” Harmonize advised.
He emphasized that people should not be victimized for undergoing cosmetic surgery, describing it as “the new wave in the world.”
“Surgery is the new wave in the world, and I don’t like the way people are making fun of it it’s not cool, let everyone be,”
Harmonize also reflected on a personal experience with his ex-girlfriend, who underwent a cosmetic procedure to address a body issue she struggled with.
He expressed his support for her during the process, staying by her side throughout her recovery.
“My ex-girlfriend was uncomfortable with something about her body. I took her to the hospital and stayed with her for two weeks until she recovered. I was her nurse,” he shared.
