Jamaican reggae star Etana has arrived in Kenya for her much-anticipated “Pamoja Tour,” which will feature performances across major cities including Nanyuki, Nairobi, Mombasa, Meru, and Eldoret.
The tour kicks off on December 6, 2024, at the Moran Lounge in Nanyuki, starting at 7 PM. Etana will then perform in Nairobi on December 7 at the ASK-The Dome in Jamhuri Park.
Following her Nairobi show, she will head to Mombasa on December 11 for a performance at Volume VIP Club, scheduled from 7 PM to 5 AM. The tour will continue in Meru on December 13 at the BVB Lounge, and conclude in Eldoret with a show at Banyias Square.
Etana will share the stage with Kenyan artists including Wyre, DJ Double Trouble, and DJ Boom. This marks her return to Kenya after her last visit in November 2021 for the Pamoja Festival.
Born Shauna McKenzie in May 1984 in Kingston, Jamaica, Etana rose to fame with the release of her 2008 album The Strong One. She has been nominated twice for the Best Reggae Album Grammy Awards, for her albums Reggae Forever and Pamoja. Fans can expect a vibrant showcase of her soulful reggae hits throughout the tour.
