Authorities in Shanzu, Mombasa County, are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a 66-year-old Canadian man, who was allegedly masturbating in his home at the time of his passing.
The incident came to light on Monday when police received a report about the man’s death. Upon visiting the scene, officers discovered the lifeless body in his bedroom. According to their account, the man was found lying on his bed with his left hand on his genitalia, while pornographic videos played on his laptop nearby.
The deceased reportedly lived with his 33-year-old wife, but the couple occupied separate bedrooms. According to the wife, the two ceased engaging in conjugal relations a year ago due to trust issues.
The body has been moved to Jocham Hospital mortuary, where an autopsy will be conducted to determine the exact cause of death.
