Former radio presenter King Kalala has candidly expressed her desire to receive male attention, sharing that many men are hesitant to approach her due to her assertive demeanor.
Speaking on the Mic Cheque Podcast, Kalala explained that despite her confident personality and deep voice, she is just like any other woman who appreciates being noticed.
“Nikatie bro nikatae. Mi ni dem (You’d better approach me and let me decide. I’m also a woman),” she said.
Kalala revealed that at times she finds herself attracted to someone and wishes they would make the first move. However, she often notices they shy away, fearing rejection.
“At times, I am attracted to someone and would want them to notice me, but they don’t because they’re afraid I’ll snub them,” Kalala shared. “People assume I’m too strict, but I’m only strict if you don’t meet my standards. I’d prefer to be approached in person.”
The outspoken former radio host also shed light on her softer side, which she believes many people overlook.
“I’m actually a very nice person. I’m thoughtful and submissive in ways people wouldn’t expect. I’m the kind of woman who wakes up early to iron a man’s shirt before he goes to work,” Kalala said.
She concluded by expressing her wish to experience the same joy and validation that other women feel when they receive male attention.
