Tanzanian music star Harmonize has officially unveiled a new team to manage his career under Konde Music Worldwide, with a major highlight being the addition of celebrated music executive George Beke, popularly known as Geobek.
Announced on Friday, April 18, 2025, this strategic move is set to elevate Harmonize’s global profile and strengthen his presence in international markets.
Who is Geobek?
Geobek is a powerhouse in the African music scene, recognized for his work with heavyweights like Burna Boy, Mr. Eazi, French Montana, LayLizzy, DJ Tarico, and the Yaba Buluku Boyz—a group that previously collaborated with Harmonize.
Notably, Geobek served as the executive producer and A&R for Harmonize’s chart-topping single “Single Again”, produced by DJ Tarico. His return to the Konde team signals a reunion grounded in proven creative chemistry.
New Role and Vision
As International Manager, Geobek will oversee Harmonize’s global strategy, drawing on his deep knowledge of music business development, artist management, and A&R. His goal: to propel Harmonize further onto the global stage.
Geobek is also the Managing Director of Geobek Entertainment, a leading African entertainment company specializing in talent management, media solutions, and music consultancy. A mentor and advisor to rising talent across the continent, he brings a wealth of experience and vision to the table.

With a BA in Audiovisual Communication from the University of Johannesburg, Geobek combines academic insight with on-the-ground experience in media production, artist development, and brand strategy.
