Mbavu Destroyer has once again sparked reactions online after revealing details of his unusual fitness routine.
The self-styled fitness enthusiast claims that every evening he conducts what he calls a “weka mawe” session, where he hits himself with stones as part of his daily training regimen.
According to him, the intense routine lasts for one hour and 40 minutes.

Mbavu Destroyer further described what he termed a strict daily schedule, saying his day begins with an 80-kilometre walk.
“Nikiamka huwa natembea 80km kila asubuhi. Nikimaliza naingia gym,” he stated, explaining that after the long walk, he heads straight to the gym for additional workouts.
His claims have drawn mixed reactions, with some social media users expressing disbelief while others continue to follow his unconventional fitness philosophy.
