A judge has ordered paternity test for the late former Prisons boss Isaiah Osugo in a case filed by a woman who claims he sired two children with her.
The woman went to the High Court after Osugo’s family refused to recognise her in the euology or let her participate in the burial ceremony set to take place at Nyangusu in Kisii county tomorrow.
Julia Kamuiru filed the case under a certificate of urgency seeking orders to halt the burial so as to get the DNA samples.
Sources have told us thar Osugo’s family wants to kick out the woman from a house that was constructed for her by the former prisons boss.
The court has however declined to halt the burial of the former prisons boss. Instead, it nas directed the medical superintendent at Kisii Level Five Hospital to extract the samples from Osugo’s body.
