Two Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology students were last night attacked by an unknown person.
Jane Nyambura, 21 an Optometry fourth year student was sleeping at his boyfriend Jefferson Mwangi who is studying International Relations when the attack happened.
According to Boniface Manoah, a security officer at the institution who reported the matter to Kakamega Police Station, the two love birds do not know who attacked them.
They however sustained serious injuries and are currently admitted at Kakamega Referral Hospital.
