Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has promised to take Felix Orinda alias DJ Evolve to India for specialized treatment.

Speaking during a press briefing in Nairobi, Babu promised to support the DJ in all possible ways.

“The day I will be victorious is the day I will see DJ Evolve walk and stand by my side,” he said.

“I want to assure his family that I will walk with DJ Evolve and I will always be there for him and in fact am planning to take him to India for further treatment,” said Babu Owino.

The Embakasi East MP also appreciated his legal team led by Siaya Governor James Orengo for representing him in the case and emerging victorious.

He had been accused of misusing his firearm and shooting DJ Evolve, paralyzing him in the process.

“I want to thank DJ Evolve for being my friend and for trusting in our friendship,” said Babu.

He at the same time insisted that he was innocent and the ruling was delivered according to the wish of the almighty God.

“I am praying to God to grant DJ Evolve the physical and spiritual strength, to heal Felix and enable him to walk again in the near future,” he concluded.
