The ongoing romantic saga involving nominated Senator Karen Nyamu and Mugiithi artiste Samidoh has taken another captivating turn, as Nyamu recently opened up about the challenges in their relationship during a live session on social media.
Nyamu, who shares two children with Samidoh, hinted at potential troubles in their romantic affair, suggesting a complex situation involving her co-wife, Edday Nderitu. She revealed that, despite her faith in a higher power, there exists an underlying lack of peace in her situation.
She shared, “There was a certain way I prayed, asking God to bless me with children. Their dad loves them and has other children he adores deeply. He also has another woman he loves dearly. I was telling God to handle that situation, and perhaps the other woman, Edday, was also praying and pouring out her heart to God.”
Nyamu pointed out that Edday Nderitu, Samidoh’s wife and mother of his three children who is currently in the United States may not return.
Edday’s children have since enrolled in school in the US, where they reside with Samidoh’s cousin, Bernice Saroni. Nyamu expressed her hopes for a resolution that benefits all parties involved.
“We haven’t given up on the other side, Edday, and we are hopeful that things will work out on her end because there is no joy. As much as I am happy that my children have their dad and I am with the man I love, it would be much better if Edday were also here. We are all believers, and we trust that our situations are in safe hands.”
