Kennedy Rapudo has broken his silence in response to the swirling rumors about his relationship with Amber Ray.
The successful entrepreneur and businessman took to Instagram Stories to address a recent incident that occurred last week while he was under the influence. Rapudo acknowledged the intense scrutiny his marriage has endured in the public eye in recent days.
“There’s been so much activity concerning my marriage in the public domain these last couple of days. Like any other marriage, we’ve had our moments of ups and downs. Our marriage isn’t perfect either. A lot has been said, but I’ve not had the strength to address it.” Rapudo said.
Rapudo also didn’t shy away from confirming the rumors of their separation. He acknowledged that it resulted from a regrettable incident that transpired on the night of the 13th of this month while both he and Amber were inebriated.
Deep remorse for his actions
He further expressed deep remorse for this unfortunate event, particularly for its impact on the person he had vowed to cherish and protect.

“Yes, we’ve separated over an incident that happened while we were both drunk on that night of the 13th this month. It’s an event that should have never happened. I feel very sorry and in deep regret that it happened mostly to the person that I swore to protect and love with all that I had,” he added.
Rapudo however added that he was particularly shocked by his fiancée’s portrayal of the incident in her cryptic message to fans. He expressed his surprise at the choice of words in her statement.
He said that a single isolated incident should not brand him as a violent person.
“One single isolated incident doesn’t mean that I’m a violent person—I’ve never been, and I’ll never be! I’m raising two beautiful girls, and I will never advocate for any domestic violence or gender-based violence,” Rapudo stated.
Rapudo concluded by taking full responsibility for his actions. He also offered a heartfelt apology to the mother of his youngest daughter.
He acknowledged his willingness to admit when he’s wrong, specifically in this instance. Rapudo further expressed his commitment to continue providing the best upbringing for their children while protecting their family life from media intrusion.
Rapudo closed with a heartfelt message, saying, “To the mother of my beautiful daughter, I am deeply sorry and sincerely regret my actions in that moment of weakness. XoXO.”
