Classic 105 Presenter Mike Mondo Faces Legal Action Over Social Media Posts of ‘Stepchildren’

Classic 105 radio presenter Mike Mondo finds himself entangled in legal complications following his social media posts featuring children sired by another man with his now girlfriend, Shiko Nguru.

Currently in a relationship with Shiko Nguru, the former wife of Rama Oluoch, the Classic 105 presenter has been served with a ‘cease and desist’ letter demanding the removal of all images of Oluoch’s children from his social media platforms.

Additionally, he has been instructed to issue an unconditional apology to Oluoch within 72 hours, with the threat of legal action should he fail to do so.

The issue arose in late 2023 when Mondo began sharing pictures of his new family, which included images of Rama Oluoch’s children.

However, on January 09, Rama, through legal representation, formally communicated his displeasure by sending a cease and desist letter to Mike Mondo.

In the letter, Rama’s lawyers accuse Mondo of exceeding the boundaries of his role as the boyfriend of the mother of Oluoch’s children.

They contend that Mondo’s actions violate the privacy and anonymity of the minors.

Additionally, Mondo is accused of exploiting the situation for personal gain, choosing to share photos of Oluoch’s children for publicity and attention, potentially at the expense of the minors’ well-being.

“Your actions not only embarrassed our client and made him trend at number 1 on the X mobile application but this exposed the children to breach of their privacy and possibly setting them up for future ridicule and bullying at school since the adults around them have failed in being objective with their actions,” the demand letter reads in part.

The letter puts forth a clear ultimatum, urging Mondo to comply with the stipulated actions or face legal consequences.
