Karen Nyamu has expressed full support for Samidoh’s decision to reunite with his first wife, Edday Nderitu, and their children in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, after eight months apart.
The Mugithi singer’s visit to his first family stirred a buzz on social media.
Addressing comments on her Facebook post on Wednesday, January 31, 2023, the UDA-nominated senator shared her perspective on Samidoh’s trip to the US.
Nyamu explained that she has no problem with Samidoh’s reunion with Edday and the kids. The Senator further explained that it was not her desire to be held responsible for any potential disruption of the musician’s initial family.
“Najua unahisi kapain kengine na hapo ndani lakini usichome ju si team Karen tutaambia watu nini wanategea waseme hunanga tabia,” a fan identified as Precious Mary told Nyamu.
In response, Nyamu retorted, “Precious Mary my dear siwezi skia ka pain, what a real man should do. Imagine sasa wale hutupa watoto wao alafu reason iwe ni another woman“.
During a prior interaction with her Facebook followers, Karen Nyamu praised Samidoh as a hardworking polygamous man who dutifully takes care of both of his families.
Samidoh travelled early this year to Boston on holiday where reunited with Edday Nderitu and their three children.
The Mugithi singer was warmly welcomed by his kids at Boston Logan International Airport immediately upon landing.
Photos shared by Samidoh’s eldest daughter, Shirleen Muchoki, captured the emotional reunion, marking the first time the Mugithi artist has seen his children since their departure for the US in early May 2023.
Videos and photos of Samidoh driving Edday Nderitu’s car while in Boston have further fuelled speculation that the couple has reunited.
Kenyans will however be waiting for Karen Nyamu’s reaction once Samidoh jets back inti the country.
