Kenyan YouTuber Mungai Eve has launched a new YouTube channel shortly after parting ways with Director Trevor, her former business partner and boyfriend.
Mungai Eve announced her new venture on her Instagram page, encouraging her fans and followers to subscribe to her new channel. She wrote, “The beginning of a new era! Link in bio to my channel.”
Her new channel is named ‘Mungai Eve Media’ and operates under the motto ‘Empowering lives, one story at a time.’
On February 19, Trevor went public stating that he had terminated his collaboration with Eve Mungai and assumed full control of their previously shared social media accounts. He also declared that Eve would no longer receive her share of the earnings generated by their former joint channels.
Trevor then went ahead and rebranded the channel to ‘Kenya Online Media (KOM)’. He also hired Rael Wangare as a replacement for Mungai.
