Popular British social media personality Dylan Page is currently in Kenya, drawing attention with his coverage of both human interest stories and uplifting moments from across the country.

The digital media sensation, who commands a following of over 15 million on TikTok, arrived late this week and headed straight to the sprawling Kibera slums in Nairobi. There, he has been documenting the daily lives of vulnerable families living in poverty, aiming to spotlight their resilience and struggles.

Page, known for his fast-paced, emotive storytelling style, is often referred to as a “self-styled viral news disseminator” due to his ability to turn raw, local stories into global talking points.

In between his reporting, Dylan took time to link up with renowned Kenyan chef and former rugby player Dennis Ombachi, popularly known as “The Roaming Chef.”

The two shared a lively cooking session on Ombachi’s famous balcony, which has become a hotspot for local and international celebrities.

Beyond Kibera, Dylan has also featured several captivating Kenyan stories, including a viral segment about a Migori man who clung to a helicopter during Ohangla star Prince Indah’s wedding — a story that captured the imagination of many online.
