NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs has officially silenced online rumors about a supposed breakup with Grammy-winning rapper Cardi B.
After a whirlwind of speculation and gossip across social media platforms suggesting the two had split, Diggs made a bold public move to set the record straight.
On Tuesday, July 9, Diggs posted a video of himself and Cardi B working out together, a subtle but clear message that the couple is very much still together. The video appears to have been filmed recently and was shared across his social media platforms, prompting fans to quickly dismiss the breakup narrative.
Diggs also responded to a bizarre rumor circulating online, which falsely claimed that he had made derogatory comments about Cardi B’s body following her Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).
In a direct reply, he simply wrote: “Cap.” The slang term is commonly used to call out lies or falsehoods.
While Cardi B has yet to personally address the breakup rumors, she seems laser-focused on her music. The rapper took to Instagram to announce her long-awaited album titled “Am I The Drama”, which is set to drop on September 19th, 2025.
“My new album is out September 19th!” she wrote in a post that quickly racked up millions of likes and comments.
Speculation about trouble in paradise sparked earlier this month when fans noticed Cardi had removed a carousel of romantic photos featuring Diggs from her Instagram account. That move ignited claims that their relationship had ended.
Adding fuel to the fire, Cardi’s ex-husband Offset had previously commented on the couple’s romance, calling it a “PR rollout” before later deleting the post.
