Nairobi, Kenya – September 25, 2025 – Radio host and comedian Oga Obinna has disclosed that he became a father for the fifth time in September 2024 under unexpected circumstances.
Speaking in an interview with content creator Carol Sonnie, Obinna revealed that his daughter was born after a woman he was dating allegedly betrayed their family planning agreement.
“She Stopped Family Planning Without My Knowledge”
The comedian claimed that he and the woman had agreed she would remain on family planning for five years, only for her to stop secretly.
“She got pregnant without telling me, and I only found out much later. A friend actually broke the news to me after the child had already been born,” Obinna narrated.
DNA Test Confirmed Paternity
After receiving the shocking news, Obinna said he conducted a DNA test, which confirmed he was the biological father of the baby girl.
Despite the unexpected turn of events, the outspoken entertainer affirmed that he had taken full responsibility.
“Once I confirmed through DNA, I accepted the child. I am now taking care of her as my daughter,” he said.
Expanding Family
The revelation means Obinna is now a proud father of five children, all from different mothers, a fact he has previously been candid about.
