Gospel singer Betty Bayo will be laid to rest today, Thursday, November 20, in a ceremony set to take place at Ndumberi Stadium, with final rites scheduled at Mugumo Estate.

The beloved musician, known for her hit song “11th Hour,” passed away on Monday, November 10, after battling leukaemia. She died while receiving treatment at the Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH).

According to a family representative, Betty Bayo had been admitted to KNH on Friday, November 7, after being transferred from AAR Hospital along Kiambu Road, where she had initially sought treatment.

Her death has left fans, friends, and the gospel fraternity in deep mourning, with tributes continuing to pour in as the family prepares to bid her farewell.
