Kenyan actress and digital influencer Trisha Khalid has opened up about a social media rift involving popular content creator Morin Actress, revealing how a brief remark during a TikTok live session led to an unexpected block.
Speaking during a recent appearance on Feast with Friends, Khalid confirmed that the two are no longer connected online, saying the block came without warning or any prior conversation.
“Morin Actress blocked me,” Khalid said plainly, explaining that she only realised something was wrong when she suddenly lost access to the creator’s posts.
According to Khalid, there was no explanation before or after the move.
“All of a sudden I saw I couldn’t see her posts and that’s it,” she recalled, adding that the silence around the decision left her confused.
Pressed on what may have triggered the fallout, Khalid pointed to a passing comment she made while hosting a TikTok live.
“I was on a TikTok live and I said her stories are for another day,” she explained, noting that the remark was brief and not meant to spark controversy.
The interviewer suggested that Morin Actress may have heard or misinterpreted the comment, prompting the block.
While Khalid admitted the timing suggested a possible link, she said she never received confirmation.
The conversation then turned to whether the two could ever reconcile. Khalid was quick to shut down the idea, firmly rejecting any suggestion of mending ties.
“No, no, no,” she said when asked if unblocking could lead to renewed friendship. She went further, adding that even if Morin Actress were to reverse the block, she would respond in kind.
“If she unblocks me, I’ll block her!”
