Police in Limuru have arrested a man accused of using his digital platforms to lure women with promises of a luxurious or “good life” before allegedly sexually assaulting them.
According to officers from Tigoni Police Station, the suspect is believed to have targeted his victims online, building trust before coercing or attacking them. Investigators say at least 10 women have so far reported falling victim to the scheme, with more potential survivors expected to come forward.
The suspect was arrested at his hideout in Limuru after a coordinated operation by detectives.
Police also confirmed that this is not the first time the man has faced such allegations. He was earlier this year arrested in connection with a rape case but was subsequently released after a court ruling.
Detectives are now reviewing previous reports and gathering additional evidence as part of an expanded investigation into the suspect’s activities. Authorities have urged the public to report any similar incidents and assist with ongoing inquiries.
