Comedian and activist Eric Omondi has announced a five-day charity walk from Nairobi to Busia as he steps up fundraising efforts for the Sisi Kwa Sisi Help and Rescue Centre.
In a video shared on his social media platforms, Eric revealed that the walk will begin on March 2 and run until Friday, passing through several towns across the country.
“I Am Going to Keep Walking”
Reflecting on his previous charity trek to Mombasa, the comedian said the initiative had helped raise enough funds to kick-start the project.
“I walked to Mombasa and we raised enough money to begin this project and that’s the most important part. I am going to keep walking and probably the whole of Kenya until this project is complete,” he said.
Route Through Major Towns
The Nairobi–Busia walk is set to pass through:
- Limuru
- Naivasha
- Nakuru
- Gilgil
- Kericho

Vision for the Rescue Centre
Eric said the goal is to mobilise resources to complete the Sisi Kwa Sisi Help and Rescue Centre, which he described as a transformative initiative aimed at supporting vulnerable Kenyans.
According to him, the facility will offer:
- Free healthcare services
- Free education programmes
- A Sisi Kwa Sisi hospital

The comedian has continued to rally Kenyans to contribute towards the project as he embarks on yet another long-distance charity mission.
