A young woman has made allegations against a Member of Parliament from the Ukambani region, claiming she had an uncomfortable experience during a visit to his residence in Karen, Nairobi.
In an interview circulating online, the woman alleged that she was picked up by an Uber and taken to the legislator’s home in the upscale Karen neighbourhood.
According to her account, she was welcomed into the house and served food and alcohol shortly after arriving. She further claimed that the two later became intimate.
However, the woman alleged that the situation later became uncomfortable when the MP requested a massage and went on to make what she described as unusual demands, which she declined.
She also claimed there had been a prior financial agreement between them, but the amount she eventually received was lower than what had been discussed.
According to her account, she had been promised KSh 5,000 but was later given KSh 3,000, which she described as humiliating and unfair.
The woman further alleged that after she refused the requests she considered inappropriate, the MP chased her out of his residence and did not provide transport money for her return.
The claims have circulated widely on social media, but the legislator has not publicly responded to the allegations.
