A Member of Parliament from the Luo Nyanza region is reportedly facing marital troubles following claims of an alleged romantic relationship with social media personality Cebbie Koks.
According to reports circulating online, the lawmaker’s wife is said to have confronted him after learning about the alleged affair, triggering tension within the family.
The MP is also alleged to have repossessed a vehicle he had reportedly bought for Cebbie after the matter came to light, with sources claiming the car is currently parked in a secluded section of the politician’s compound.
Reports further suggest that the wife objected to the vehicle being used by any family member, allegedly describing it as a symbol linked to infidelity and proposing that it eventually be sold.
The claims have emerged at a politically sensitive time as leaders begin positioning themselves ahead of the 2027 General Election, with the MP reportedly keen to avoid negative publicity that could affect his political standing.
Cebbie Koks, who is widely known online and is the younger sister of Akothee, has previously attracted public attention over her personal relationships and lifestyle.
Reports also claim that the MP and Cebbie allegedly became close following the breakdown of her widely publicised marriage to lawyer Steve Ogolla.
Neither the MP nor Cebbie Koks has publicly addressed the allegations.
