Kenyan TikToker Rachael Otuoma has confirmed that she is engaged, just months after the death of her ex-husband Ezekiel Otuoma.

Surprise Engagement Celebration

According to reports, Rachael’s fiancé organised a private engagement celebration attended by her close friends and family members.

Photos and videos from the occasion have since circulated online, sparking reactions from fans and followers across social media platforms.

Ezekiel Otuoma Died After Long Illness

Ezekiel Otuoma passed away in December 2024 after a prolonged four-year battle with Motor Neurone Disease (MND), also known as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).

The condition progressively damages the brain and nervous system, eventually affecting movement, speech, and breathing.

During his illness, Rachael frequently shared updates about his condition online and was widely praised by many Kenyans for standing by him throughout his health struggles.

Mixed Reactions Online

News of her engagement has generated mixed reactions online, with some congratulating her on moving forward with her life while others debated the timing of the announcement.

Rachael has not publicly disclosed the identity of her fiancé.
