Nairobi, Kenya — July 20, 2026: Pastor Victor Kanyari has revealed that a young girl has been presented to him as his alleged daughter, saying he intends to establish the truth through a DNA test before making any public announcement.
Speaking during a live TikTok session, Kanyari admitted he was apprehensive about taking the DNA test but acknowledged that the girl’s mother was once his girlfriend while he was still in school.
The revelation has sparked widespread discussion on social media, with many users weighing in on the preacher’s decision to seek scientific confirmation before addressing the matter publicly. Celebrity and lifestyle stories continue to attract significant interest on Sauce.co.ke Entertainment News.
Kanyari Says He Wants the Truth
According to the preacher, he is uncertain whether he is the girl’s biological father and wants the DNA test to settle the matter.
“Today, a little girl was brought to me, and I was told that I fathered her while I was still in school. I haven’t done a DNA test yet. I’m afraid of taking the DNA test, but her mother was indeed my girlfriend. So, I don’t know whether it’s true or not,” Kanyari said.
He added that he already has two children and would publicly acknowledge the girl if the DNA results confirm she is his daughter.
“Today, I want to establish the truth. I already have my two children, Sky and Danny. If it’s officially confirmed that the little girl is my daughter, I’ll announce it on TikTok. I don’t abandon my children,” he stated.
Girl Has Visited Him Before
Kanyari disclosed that the girl has visited him before and claimed her mother has consistently maintained that he is the child’s father.
He also said this was not the first time the issue had been brought to his attention.
While describing the child during the livestream, Kanyari commented on her appearance. However, physical appearance alone cannot establish biological parentage, and paternity can only be confirmed through a DNA test.
Says He Has Been Paying School Fees
Despite the uncertainty surrounding the girl’s paternity, Kanyari said he has been supporting her education.
According to the preacher, he recently instructed the girl’s mother to transfer the child to a better school and pledged to continue supporting her while awaiting DNA results.
“Do you know I’ve been paying for her education? Today, I told her mother to transfer her from her current school to a better one. Because I don’t like keeping things secret, I’ll introduce her publicly if it’s confirmed,” he said.
Until a DNA test is conducted, Kanyari’s biological relationship to the child remains unconfirmed.
