Akothee Sparks Reactions With Cryptic Message After Size 8’s Relationship Advice

Kenyan businesswoman and philanthropist Akothee has sparked speculation online after sharing a cryptic message about infidelity, shortly after gospel singer Size 8 offered relationship advice and prayers concerning her husband, DJ Mo.

Akothee urged people not to focus solely on praying for a cheating partner to change, but instead to seek wisdom to understand the issues that may be driving the behaviour.

She suggested that cheating could sometimes be linked to deeper personal struggles, including feelings of rejection, inadequacy and a desire for validation.

The message quickly caught the attention of social media users, with some linking it to Size 8’s recent comments about relationships.

Some commenters directly mentioned Size 8 while jokingly asking whether Akothee’s post was directed at the gospel singer. Others praised Akothee for what they viewed as thoughtful relationship advice.

The post also sparked a wider debate about infidelity, with users divided over whether cheating should simply be condemned or whether underlying emotional and personal issues should also be addressed.

Neither Akothee nor Size 8 has indicated that the message was specifically directed at the other, leaving social media users to draw their own conclusions.
