A three-year-old girl died in a fire incident in Ruiru, Kiambu County.
Several structures were burnt down in the incident that happened at the weekend in the Kihunguro Fort Jesus area.
Police are investigating the cause of the fire incident and that the minor was burnt beyond recognition.
She was sleeping alone in the house when the fire broke out.
And in the Lungalunga area, the body of a man was found in a toilet. He is believed to have collapsed and died in the bathroom as he went there for a call.
Police were called there and moved the body to the mortuary pending further investigations.
