Popular Mugithi singer Samidoh has cryptically responded to Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua just a day after he was given a public dressing down for failing to manage his marital affairs and letting them spill to the public.
Samidoh is married to Edday Muchoki and they have three children. He also has an on-and-off relationship with nominated senator Karen Nyamu. They have two children together but their relationship has been far from rosy.
During the festive season, Samido’s two women were involved in an embarrassing brawl at a concert in Dubai where the singer was performing. The altercation began when Nyamu forced herself to the stage and later attempted to sit on Samido’s lap.
“Wewe sasa Samidoh unajua tunakupenda lakini kuna mahali unatuangusha kidogo. Samidoh, u control hii watu yako… Hakuna ndovu hushindwa na pembe zake…” warned the DP.
While insisting that the singer, who is also a police officer was letting his fans down, the DP told a bowed Samidoh that he was an embarrassment to the country by failing to control his women.
“We will discipline you. We will not allow you to go overseas or we will limit you to going alone,” said Gachagua amid laughter from mourners.
Samidoh who stood quiet as the DP reprimanded him has taken to social media to respond.
Quoting CS Moses Kuria’s quote, Samidoh said on Instagram that, “Every angel has a past and every sinner has a future. ~Hon Moses Kuria.”
His two baby mama’s Edday and Nyamu are yet to react. The nominated senator who is currently before a UDA disciplinary committee however announced after the Dubai drama that he had broken up with Samidoh and quit alcohol altogether.
