Bajan pop star Rihanna says she’s had Unavailable “on repeat”, calling it the best track of the year.

Rihanna even went further and hopped onto the bandwagon of the viral ‘Unavailable’ dance challenge.

The challenge is associated with Davido’s hit song. The moment was captured during an event for Rihanna’s fashion brand, Fenty, named The Creeper. It has since become a viral sensation.

The video of Rihanna’s performance was disseminated through Fenty’s official TikTok account. It has since sparked a frenzy across social media platforms.

The song itself has earned nominations in two categories at the forthcoming Grammys, a testament to its universal appeal.

The song is a collaboration between Nigerian singer Davido and South African producer Musa Keys, fusing together Afrobeats and amapiano.

Rihanna also shouted out another song by South African artist – Mnike – as one of her favourites of 2023.

Davido was clearly delighted with Rihanna’s compliment, commenting “my Ri Ri” on social media.
