Zulla Juma Abdullah, a resident of Mombasa, is seeking justice after his estranged partner, Rukia Suleiman, eloped with another man just five days before their planned wedding.

Abdullah alleges that Rukia Suleiman married her current husband on February 14, conducting the wedding ceremony inside their matrimonial home in Kiembieni.

The couple had been together since 2019 and had scheduled their wedding for February 21.

Now, Abdullah, who is physically disabled due to an accident in Holland, is urging law enforcement authorities to help him reclaim his house, which his former partner now occupies with her new spouse.

Abdullah has lodged a formal complaint at the Kiembieni police station under OB number 51/18/02/24.

In his statement to the police, he accuses his ex-partner of infidelity, a violation of Section 315 of the Penal Code, and demands her arrest for the offence.
