Police in Mukaa, Makueni County, are investigating the suspected murder of a man whose body was discovered lying by the roadside.
Authorities were alerted to the scene, where they found the unidentified man with visible injuries on his left eye and blood oozing from his right ear.
Preliminary investigations suggest that the victim was killed elsewhere before his body was dumped at the location.
The body has been moved to Kilungu Sub-County Hospital mortuary, where a post-mortem examination and identification process will be conducted as police continue their investigations.
