Popular TikTok content creator Lydia Wanjiru has finally broken her silence on the real reason behind her split with ex-lover Frank Doso, confirming that infidelity and blackmail brought their relationship to an end.

Appearing on Morin Actress’s podcast, Lydia shared that her ex-boyfriend had been unfaithful and got involved in a scandalous exchange with another woman. According to her, Frank not only cheated, but also exchanged explicit photos with the other woman, which later spiraled into a monetary dispute.

“He cheated on me. He exchanged ndes with a certain lady and after they met, the lady claimed to have lost KSh 8,000. They went back and forth on the amount Daso was allegedly supposed to pay back. Then the lady became impatient,”* Lydia narrated.

Things escalated when Lydia received explicit photos of her boyfriend via WhatsApp from an unknown number. The sender, who turned out to be the woman involved with Frank, threatened to leak the pictures if she wasn’t paid her KSh 8,000.

“I just woke up one morning and found the photos on my phone. The lady said she would expose them if she didn’t get her money,” Lydia revealed.

Rather than fight or create drama, Lydia chose peace. She confronted Frank and asked that they end their relationship quietly.

“I told him we let the relationship die naturally and quietly. I wasn’t going to fight over a man who couldn’t respect me,” she added.

Fans online have since reacted with mixed feelings—some sympathizing with Lydia for handling the situation with maturity, while others were stunned by the bizarre twist involving n*des and a financial standoff.

The breakup confirms long-running rumours about the duo’s split that had been circulating on social media for months.
