Popular content creator, choreographer, and influencer Nyambu Art Princess has finally addressed persistent rumours linking her romantically to fellow artist Tipsy Gee, setting the record straight in a candid statement.
The speculation, which has circulated for over a year, was fueled by a viral photo showing the two posing with a baby — a moment that led fans to believe they were either a couple or co-parenting.
“Let me clear the air about that post, which I’ve clarified before, but somehow people still bring it up,” Nyambu said.
“First of all, I have never dated Tipsy Gee. That was just content, nothing more. It happened to go viral, which we honestly didn’t expect.”
According to Nyambu, the photo was taken during a music video shoot in Mombasa for fellow artist Kappy. She emphasized that the child in the image was not theirs and that the decision to pose with the baby was entirely spontaneous and playful.
“There was no hidden meaning behind it. When we took those photos, it didn’t even cross our minds that it would cause such a stir,” she added. “We just posted it like we would any other behind-the-scenes content — and suddenly, the internet was convinced we were a couple. But that’s not the case at all.”
Nyambu, who is currently expecting a child with Gengetone artist Fathermoh, said she felt it was important to address the matter publicly to put the rumors to rest once and for all.
