Deputy Secretary General of the Kenya Medical Practitioners, Pharmacists and Dentists Union (KMPDU), Dr. Dennis Miskellah, has become the subject of online buzz after a viral photo ignited speculation about his personal life.

The saga began when an alleged female medical intern, identified as Dr. Nyarsakwa, shared a photo posing beside a sleek Range Rover with the caption, “small girl, big machine.”

Although the location of the post was undisclosed, sharp-eyed netizens quickly linked the backdrop to an earlier photo of Dr. Miskellah taken at the same spot. This fueled speculation that the luxury SUV belonged to him and that the intern could have been spending time with the union official.

The viral moment triggered a wave of online reactions, with Kenyans on social media dissecting the photos, speculating about their relationship, and flooding timelines with memes and commentary.

Neither Dr. Miskellah nor KMPDU has issued an official statement regarding the trending matter.
