Popular TikTok creator Ajib Gathoni has officially confirmed her new relationship with Disc Jockey Micheal Kanguru popurly known as Sir M, marking her first public romance since her split from Josh Wonder over a year ago.
Ajib shared a playful post captioned, “When you let your man edit your video,” and later tagged Sir M in the comments. Moments later, she posted his photo on her Instagram Story accompanied by a ❤️ emoji, leaving little doubt about their relationship status.
From a Painful Breakup to a New Beginning
Ajib’s new romance comes more than a year after her highly publicized breakup with her ex-boyfriend Josh Wonder, which dominated social media in 2023.
In April 2023, Josh went live on TikTok, accusing Ajib of infidelity, claiming she cheated on him multiple times with different men. He alleged that Ajib had even tried to have him evicted from their shared house, despite him paying the rent.
During interviews after the split, Josh said he discovered deleted messages on Ajib’s phone, which led to the confrontation. According to him, Ajib admitted to the affair but initially continued seeing the other person, later changing her phone password to conceal more conversations.
Their breakup quickly became one of the most talked-about influencer scandals in Kenya, dividing fans across social media platforms.
