Content creator and car reviewer 2Mbili has appealed to the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) to revoke his driving licence after surviving two road mishaps within a span of hours.
In a statement shared on his social media platforms on Friday, February 6, 2026, the YouTuber revealed that the incidents occurred while he was travelling back to Nairobi from western Kenya.
According to 2Mbili, the first incident happened on the night of Thursday, February 5, at the notorious Keroka sharp bend, where his Mitsubishi Lancer skidded on a wet road and rolled off the highway. He escaped the crash without serious injuries.
Despite the ordeal, the content creator continued with his journey, only to encounter another frightening moment hours later in Suswa, Nakuru County.
He explained that upon arriving in Suswa at around 7:00am, exhaustion nearly caused a second accident after he unknowingly parked his vehicle incorrectly, narrowly avoiding another mishap.
“If you are tired while driving, please just sleep. I arrived in Suswa around 7am and later realised I had parked wrongly. From today henceforth, I quit driving. NTSA, please revoke my driving licence,” he wrote.
2Mbili warned motorists against driving while fatigued, describing the Suswa incident as the final wake-up call.
“If you are tired while driving, please just sleep. If you ever see me driving again, please call me a fool,” he added.
Following the back-to-back scares, the content creator announced that he would no longer drive himself and plans to hire a personal driver to ensure his safety on the road.
He said he is looking for a trustworthy and responsible individual, emphasising reliability and professionalism.
“I think I should get a driver, preferably a female, someone I can fully trust and rely on. If you know you are such a person, DM me for the job,” he stated.
The incidents have sparked online discussions about road safety, fatigue-related accidents and the dangers of driving long distances without adequate rest.
