50-Year-Old Man Found Dead at a Car Wash in Muranga

Police in Murang’a East Sub-County are investigating the death of a 50-year-old man whose body was discovered inside a shed near a car wash in Murang’a Town.

According to police, the incident was reported on Monday morning after members of the public found a body lying near a car wash at the Sagana bus stop area.

The deceased was identified as John Waruingi Wachera, a 50-year-old man whose body was discovered inside the shed.

Investigators said the body did not have any visible physical injuries at the time it was recovered.

Crime scene officers processed and documented the area before the body was transferred to Murang’a Level 5 Hospital mortuary pending a postmortem examination to establish the exact cause of death.

Police said investigations into the circumstances surrounding the incident are ongoing.
