Former Nairobi governor Mike Sonko has been acquitted in a Sh20 million graft case by the Anti-Corruption court.
The former governor had been charged with conspiracy to commit an offence of corruption in December 2019 after he was dramatically arrested in Voi and flown to Nairobi.
He was also facing up to 30 charges of money laundering, receiving bribes and conflict of interest.
