Azimio La Umoja leader Raila Odinga has arrived at the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) to show solidarity with former Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiangi.
This is as a stand off between the former CS and the DCI enters its ninth hour. It is said that Dr Matiangi has refused to write a statement so far maintaining his right to silence.
